It is alway difficult to give a very precise answer to this sort of problem without a complete nasal examination. Having said that it should be possible to restore your nose to its original shape before being changed by the recent trauma. Smart lipo is touted by those that own the machines to have some advantages over regular lipo however the jury is still out as to whether there is any real advantage. Yes, 450 cc implants would be too large for you if you are seeking a natural looking breast. You have very little breast tissue with an AA cup size to “hide” the implant so that the implant would be very visible. Absolutely not. You are not a candidate for a tummy tuck. You need to lose a significant amount of weight before tummy tuck is considered. Thank you for your question. You are NOT a good candidate for a breast lift. Your breast do not have ptosis (condition where the nipple is lower than the inframammary crease [the line where the breast meets the chest wall]) but rather you have deflation of your breast. This is best corrected by enlarging the breast with ether a breast implant or fat injection. Hope this helps.
