If you have heartburn with a lap band there is something g wrong. It’s not supposed to cause heartburn and vomiting. Revision to gastric bypass will eliminate the heartburn and preserve weight loss. It is important to choose an experienced surgeon because revisions are more difficult and higher risk. Prices vary such as a cash price program. Many insurances will cover band removal.
