The best treatment would be liposuction. It would be best to choose a surgeon who does a high volume of lipedema liposuction due to the extreme necessity for expertise, especially in areas such as knees, calves, and ankles. In most cases, we prefer Power Assisted Liposuction using tumescent anesthesia.

Make sure that you're evaluated by a specialist, who performs large volumes of breast augmentation with great lots of before and afters. Also, make sure that the physician is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

If a patient already reached a stable weight, then he can be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. However, if someone is still ACTIVELY losing weight, then he has to wait until it stabilizes at least around six(6) months before he may proceed with the procedure. Otherwise, if he keeps losing weight and does the tummy tuck, there is a greater chance that he will have more laxity in the future.
Make sure to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon if you wish to proceed with the procedure.

Yes. Breast Augmentation with lift can be safely combined or done together - especially for someone who's young and healthy.
These procedures can also be done awake without the need for general anesthesia and have the benefit of quicker recovery.

Deep acne scars sometimes are treated with punch excision. The small hole is closed with a single suture and usually heals very well. Skin graft is not indicated in these cases.

Without any questions it is very hard to tell. But in general if the fullness is from fat deposition in the subcutaneous tissue under the skin then liposuction works very well. Also important to evaluate skin laxity before liposuction to make sure the skin will redrape well afterwards.

We charge 250$ per vial of asclera. It has 2 cc in it and can treat multiple veins. Most veins will need 2-3 treatments.

Mild irregularities soon after liposuction is not uncommon and respond very well to massage. However if it doesnt get better with time then you might need to find out the etiology. It can be fat, scar, fluid collection etc... Treatment is then according to the cause. Make sure you follow up with your surgeon

Thank you for your question. There is no simple answer to your problem. A combination approach will give you improvement to your condition. My preferred way is scar subcision, HA filling and then followed by microneedling with PRP.

The temple area is one of the common area missed by injectors. For immediate results fillers made of hyaluronic acid work best. Sculptra works by stimulating your body to make new collagen. It works very well but in needs 2-3 months to get the desired outcome and you might need more than one treatment.
Best of luck. See an expert and a board certified plastic surgeon as this area of the face is trickier than others.
