There are many causes of lumps. Lipomas tend to be soft and develop gradually. Usually superficial lumps or cysts are easily removed by a surgeon.I would recommend that you see a surgeon and get the lumps looked at and removed. Depending on the clinical examination the surgeon may decide to send you for further investigations such as ultrasound, however most of the time these are simple to remove with no further investigations.

It can take up to 3 months to get the full result from coolsculpt. This is how long it takes for the fat cells to die.The reduction that you see in the areas that are treated should be up to 25-30% reduction. Because of the slow reduction it can sometimes be hard to see the difference.There could potentially be issues with the machine.The first thing to do would be to go back to the place that you had this done and they should have done before shots for you to have a look at and compare.

It is hard to tell from the photos, however it appears as if there is still some fat remaining in the lower abdomen.I would suggest 2 options;Vaser liposuction; this would give a more aggressive removal of the fat and potentially flatten the abdomen further.The other option would be Hi-Def Vaser liposuction. I usually tell my patients that it will take 6 months for the full result. By 3 months you should see most of the results.7 weeks is still early and there will still be some swelling there.Regarding exercise and toning. It is never too early to start this. The more exercise you do the better the final result will be.I usually tell my clients to start exercising from 2 weeks onward.
