The underlying cause of the asymmetry can be investigated by seeing photos before and after the initial filler injection and comparing them to the current ones 2 months post procedure. It is early for the filler to start dissipating at 2 months, even the older Juvederm Ultra range should last at least 6 months. A small amount of carefully placed filler can even out the sides without creating too much increase in the overall fullness of the lips.

Everyone will have some asymmetry between their right and left sides, if it is bothering you this can be addressed with a HA filler such as Juvederm Volbella. Only very small amounts of filler should be used to avoid overcorrection or enhancement as this is not your intention.

I find Volbella to be a nice choice of filler for perioral lines, it does need to be injected accurately and superficially. If you are not happy you should review the result with your injector using before and after photos. Another potential option in your case could be a little Volbella in the upper lip to smooth out the perioral region at the same time as direct injection to that area.
I received some fillers this past Saturday on my vermillion border, will this smooth out?

It can take up to 2 weeks for any swelling to subside and for the filler itself to fully integrate and settle into the tissue. Filler will also travel along the vermillion border from the injection site and is usually evened out with massage during the procedure so it is likely there is some product where you indicate even if the area itself was not directly injected. If you are concerned you should make an appointment with your treating clinician.
