For two weeks out, those scars are looking great. I would imagine in six weeks they will be flat and in six months will be hard to see. It is important to follow you plastic surgeon's instructions as well as their scar protocols. With regards to reducing one breast and placing the same size implants, I believe that is the preferred practice. My preference is to be able to use similar sized implants to have the best symmetry when lifting the breasts. Removing breast tissue is quite simple when lifting the breasts, you just remove more tissue from the larger breasts.
