Regular moderate exercise does not seem to affect the length of time your Botox lasts. However, if you are someone who forces her facial movements while exercising, such as frowning while lifting weights, this may wear off your treatment effects a bit sooner. Since exercise is so good for you, I don’t advise that you stop your activity for the sake of a few more days of Botox effects! Thanks!

That is a good question. I recommend either Restylane Refyne or Redensity II by Teosyal for the under eye area. However, all fillers have the potential to produce the tyndall effect if injected too superficially or too much. I would advise finding an experienced injector to treat your under eyes as this is a more advanced area. Thanks!
