What is peculiar when surfing around regarding implants, especially surgeon’s comments and videos, is that such comments are made mainly by collegues who actually have little or no experience with the buttock implants.The truth is that when you look at statistics of those who do large numbers of buttock implants, real primary infection rates are actually LOWER than breast implants. This may be due to the better blood perfusion of the buttock muscle.

To be long term happy with buttock implants,you want to use the an implant that does not interfere with your body and your lifestyle .We have made excellent experience with the so-called “supercharged” technique, which combines an intramuscular implant which is not too big and complement thsi with fatgrafting to the hips. That tends to work very well and I think it is the best way forward for you.

Thank you for your question.Unfortunately your pictures are not very conclusive. Regarding permanent fillers to the buttocks, this sounds extremely appealing to many patients but form a surgical perspective is dangerous.If a problem occurs with a permnent filler, and this is not at all infrequent, the problem will also be permanent. And very difficult to fix. You cannot simply remove a filler without potentiallly great collateral damage. Therefore not a good idea.Resorbable fillers like…

I would rather go for round ones based on your “wish pic”. However, your wuish pic shows something that I don’t necessarily fancy that much, which someone extreme show of the implants. These are just too big.The issue is a sometimes extreme visibility along the edges, apart from a very high incidence of possible soft tissue problems and lifestyle impairment.Bear that in mind !
