on the contrary, I think that revision facelifts work well. The scar tissue translates the pull better to the surrounding tissue and the results are favorable and stable, too. by just assessing your pictures it seems that at least the left Areola is too low. It may be necessary to lift them while inserting the implants. You mentioned you had a lift before. In that case the old scar can be used and no new scars would be added. Regarding the implant size you should try different sizers during the consultation to narrow down the best size for you. if you have a proper tummy tuck with muscle repair performed by a skilled plastic surgeon, then you should be able to continue your profession without any problems after a proper healing time of 2 to 3 month. Increasing the breast volume by one cub size with fat is an achievable option. However, it is important for the patient to have sufficient viable fat to harvest on their body. Your height and weight suggests, that it could be difficult to find enough suitable fat to accomplish the task with fat. It can only be decided after an in person consultation. Wish you all the best

your pictures show some degree of sagginess and soft breast tissue. in this cases I recommend an augmentation with a lift, for instance doughnut lift. I would be very careful to place simply larger implants to potentially avoid a lifting, because this will result in large saggy breast after a short time. Wish you all the best.
