No-one can answer that.What ever the surgeon has trained in and they are competent in using.There have been no comparative studies to show whether one technique is better than another.You would have to do one arm with Power assisted and one arm with VASER and then compare after 12 months.In all cases it is operator dependent. The tool is not decisive- it is how it is used.

The areas that still have fat can be adjusted with more lipo.The areas that have dents should either be left or filled with fat transfer.

Very common after any for of liposuction.SEveral odd sensations - numbness, tingling, itching, hypersensitivity.In most cases it settles after 6-8 weeks, but that varies between patients.Stimulating the skin helps - moisturising, foam rolling etc.

I would suggest IV/twilight sedation and local. General is not really required.Local alone is not recommended for abdomen.

Its very effective if it is fat and not muscle.Cellulite will not really improve - there is nothing out there for cellulite.

Revision will not help. There is too much loose skin. This will get worse with little improvement in terms of bulk removal.Skin excision (tummy tuck) is most likely the only option. Skin tightening techniques are not effective for this sort of skin excess.

In the UK most cases would be done under IV sedation (twilight sedation) or general anaesthetic. Very occasionally under local anaesthetic (completely awake) if they are small cases.
