Why can't skin grafting apply for acne scars?

I agree with previous opinions that a skin graft may heal worse. You may get pigmentation problems along with color differences. The treatment I use for deep pits is to excise and then immediate laser resurfacing to help the scarring. Fat grafting will not help deep pits.
