Whenever you have any procedure done, you have to ask, how clean is this place. Aside from the fact that different fillers have different prices, when you open a package, you have to think of infection exposure. Hospital surgery rooms are usually very clean however infections still happen. It is no different with any cosmetic procedure.

In general I would stay far away from fillers in the forehead area as it can migrate into vain structures in the area and lead to serious complications. You can however use PDO threads for that area since it does not move once it is placed and thus safer alternative.
Belotero tear trough bruising. Is this permanent? Should I be patient?

One of the things I have found is that if your doctor uses blunt end cannula, there is less bruising. I would ask next time if your doctor is using them. The blunt end of cannula push around blood vessels and not cut through them
