Thank you for the question. It is difficult to advise regarding lip augmentation from just anterior (front on) photographs, as the lips should be assessed from various angles and also dynamically i.e. when you are talking/smiling/etc.

I would disagree that you have traditionally masculine features, however if you feel that your eye is drawn toward your nose or to create femininity you may wish to seek a provider of non surgical treatments that can offer a full face assessment.
I think you have very well shaped lips with great volume and rather than adding voume, which may spoil this great feature, you may want to consider the merit of augmenting your cheeks +/-…
