You have beautiful lips first of all.
Period oral injections of an HA filler will address your concerns. Botox is not the treatment of choice.

First of all you have a beautiful result.
Swelling is a very common occurance. Ice will help for sure so your instinct is correct. Would suggest the use of an antihistamine as well.
