I’m not sure how recently you had the Threadlift done, but it appears it may have been quite recently.

It is very unusual to develop a scar from the filler. It appears there is a very clear asymmetry still present.
I wonder whether enough Hylenex has been used to dissolve the filler.
For dissolving, I use Hyalase brand hyaluronidase. Whilst the product is the same, a vial of Hyalase contains 10x as much hyaluronidase as a vial of Hylenex.
I have encountered lumps that have required a large dose of Hyalase to be fully dissolved.

It is unusual to have a side that ‘won’t respond’ to a Botox treatment. If sufficient units are used, the treatment should be successful.
Two things to consider with this:
How much Botox has been used.Has it been injected deep enough/in the right area of the muscle.
Once that has been treated, to lift the face, a ‘filler facelift’ can be performed using 2-3mL of filler to lift the face.
I don’t think Ultherapy is suitable. You appear young and I would be concerned that Ultherapy won’t have …

It is very unusual to have such a reaction from Botox treatments.
I would recommend seeing your injector as soon as possible to get this looked at.
