If you are experiencing water retention (puffiness), speak to your family doctor to ensure your thyroid is functioning well and you have no metabolic issues. Mona Lisa C02 vaginal laser is excellent for treating genito-urinary syndrome of menopause and lichen sclerosus, If you are interested in vaginal tightening seek out an experienced gyneocologist who can offer multiple vaginal technologies including radio frequency, which is excellent at achieving vaginal tightening. Fotana is an erbium laser treatment that may give some vaginal tightening effect along with treating genito-urinary syndrome.

Ematrix is a radiofrequency skin resurfacing treatment that will help with your acne scars, as will the microneedling and PRP treatments you are doing. No problem to alternate these two treatments and likely to result in great results. I would suggest you choose a very experienced provider who can offer you filler treatments but also other options, like PRP and energy treatments, like laser, especially for older patients with tear trough concerns. Ask to see before/after photos of their work. Expect to experience temporary bruising and swelling. Hopefully you will really like your results and will want to repeat them, fortunately filler treatments in the under eye area last years. Best, Dr. Tkatch
