If you haven’t the lines after any treatment will go back right away. You can help your skin with several treatments, my experience on this are with laser ablation and definitely soften and make less visible the deep lines, but if you continue the smoking, that movement on the lips, will break dermis again and the bar code (deep lines) in the lips will come back, please take this advice before getting any treatment.

My suggestion base on my experience, is a full ablative laser resurfacing, in small step (sessions), to lower down the size of pores and help you to reduce the evident change on texture on your nose.
Erbium full ablative resurfacing can be a good option for you as is more superficial, down time can be less than 3-5 days. Redness and peeling can be expected on first 2 weeks.
4-6 weeks interval between session until improvement or treatments result satisfaction are achieve.

I recommend on my experience to treat scars on the skin type that you have to be done by ablative fractional laser, both CO2 or Erbium.
Full Ablative is not the recommended even on conservative setting.
You should look for experts on the skin to be treated more than the setting or wavelength.

Fractional Laser, is just another term meaning treatment of a fraction of the area marked. Most likely it’s treatment of less than 20% of the area.
I think what you’re asking, is if they make MTZ (micro thermal zones) by vaporization the area of the laser pulses, or if they pass through the superficial skin, making changes under the epidermis without any ablation.

Laser can help to improve the quality of the RVS (Recto Vaginal Septum), but most of the time this is a surgery gold standard.
There are few trials on anal canal laser treatments being combined with vaginal lasers to trigger the RVS. This creates collagen, making it more efficient in rectocele symptoms.
I would advise stool softeners, and consider this non-surgical approach.
