It is difficult to tell if you have a tuberous breast deformity from the single side view picture you submitted. It is very easy to diagnose it from a frontal photo. Just looking at that single picture I don’t believe you have a tuberous breast.

Looking at your photos I believe you are a good candidate for the Brazillian butt lift as long as your expectations are reasonable. You should get a very nice fullness and shape with the donor fat you have now. However, if you want to go extremely large you may have to put on a few more pounds. Remember that the extra weight will come off when you have the procedure.

Since you have lost appx. 120 lbs. I would assume that you are now left with a large roll of loose skin under your bra line. This could be very successfully corrected with a bra line back lift which would leave you with a scar hidden in your bra line and a smooth back.

Looking at your pictures you have enough donor fat that can be taken from your abdomen, hips lower back and inner thighs to give you the 800 to 1000 cc of fat you want for each buttock. You have to usually harvest over 3000 cc to 4000 cc of fat to get this amount for fat transfer. Good luck.

You may have a recurrence of your hematoma or a seroma at this time. I would advise you to see your surgeon sooner than waiting the two days and have it drained and possibly a drain placed .

Occasionally the ‘T’ junction of the mastopexy incision splits open because it is the junction line of two scars and has the most tension . As long as you have no exposure of your implant the breakdown is very superficial and heals on its own in 2 to 4 weeks.

Sometimes after fat injections to the buttocks you can develop infection that manifests as boils or redness(cellulitis). It appears that you have developed superficial boils(abscesses ). They need to be lanced , cultured treated with the appropriate antibiotics. For the deeper abscesses the diagnosis and treatment is ultrasound guided needle aspiration.

When you have a lot of loose skin liposuction by itself will not give you the result you want and sometimes can make it look worse. You may be better of when liposuction is done in conjunction with a bra line back lift but this will leave you with a surgical scar along your bra line.

You look like you have had a donut type mastopexies with implants and developed partial thickness skin necrosis with wound separation. Are you a smoker? As terrible as it may look now these will go on to heal fairly nicely and you may need at most a scar revision at a later date. Putting sutures in at this time is a waste of time- they will pull thru.

Difficult to answer without an examination or pictures.If it was diced cartlage that was put in your nose it can be massaged to take down the bump but it has to be done in the first week of surgery. The bump could also be early postoperative swelling. You need to see your surgeon for a definitive diagnosis.
