Can I use resveratrol and ferulic acid serum after microneedling?
Yes you can but!

If you use a Dermapen suitable for use at home, you can. This will increase the absorption of the product, hence the effectiveness. However you should be more careful using sun block. Also do not use your Dermapen more than once or twice a week to prevent irritation (which may cause pigmentation) in summer.
Hyperpigmentation after Laser Treatment.

As my colleagues noted, postinflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) is not unusual after laser treatment in darker skin types. Good news is, it is usually temporary and responds well to bleaching agents. You should consult your physician first. The topical treatment (bleaching creams, solutions) should not be very agressive. A topical antioxidant (5-6 days) in combination with vitamine A derivative (1-2 days) that is retinol, tretinoin, etc would be my recommendation. Of course…
