You need to make sure you will be traveling at least 5-7 days post op also it is very important to stand up on the plane and walk 5 minutes at least every 30 minutes to avoid blood clots make sure in order to help your results use a Bbl pillow or any other type of cushion.

You are only four weeks post op you will be experiencing all types of different discomforts the itching can be because of the garment you should consider maybe putting a thin tank top under your garment to prevent the skin from having direct contact with the material of the garment also lipo foams will help avoid contact as well pain is normal your body is still sore and in recovery process best of luck and make sure to go see your surgeon if you have any additional questions or concerns.
