Thank you for your question. One EmSella treatment takes 28 minutes. The set up time is very minimal so you should not be there for longer than 35 minutes. We recommend 6 treatments total, 2 treatments a week for 3 weeks total. The treatment stimulates the pelvic floor, so you will feel a tingling contraction that spans the pelvic floor, it is not painful. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. EmSculpt has two protocols. Protocol 1 is for the abdomen and does both muscle building and fat reduction. Protocol 2 is for the buttocks and only does muscle building, with no fat reduction setting. Therefore you are free to do Protocol 2 on the buttocks and only muscle building will result! Hello, thank you for your question. The EmSculpt uses electromagnetic technology to stimulate muscles in order to strengthen and build muscle. One 30 minute treatment is equivalent to doing 20,000 sit ups. The muscles are strongly stimulated 60% beyond what you can do on your own. EmSculpt requires 4-6 treatments overall for final results.
