Hi There.
Unfortunately
les if injected by inexperienced injector can cause lots of issues and nerve damage is one of them.
it can get gradually better but may not go back to normal completely.
If you have such issue it is important to see your injector and a Neurologist. Remember there are other cause for nerve damage and their management is different. ( might be a coincident)
Would cheek fillers alone worsen the under eye swelling?

Treatment of lateral cheek area with filler is the very first step of management of under eye darkness, however is big amount of filer gets injected in the medial part of cheek it can cause more shadowing and darkness under the eye.

I understand that you have had filler injected before adding more filler can make the area to heavy and give it an unnatural look.
