The first sign of Capsular Contracture is the breast or breasts feeling obviously more firm then they had been. if your left breast is overall more firm then the right this would make me suspicious that a contracture is occurring. It is certainly possible 7 to 8 weeks out. However, it will require a hands on exam by your surgeon to finalize the diagnosis.

It would help to see a photo of your anatomy before surgery. I too have a concern about your breast symmetry but the result may be reflection of your inherent breast shape. If so, your augmented breast will show the same differences that predate your surgery. Perfect symmetry will be unlikely if your breasts were this different from the start If not, the fact that your result is quite early leaves adequate time for the symmetry to improve. Please have someone else take the photos and include a full face straight on and in profile. The present set of pictures suggest that an elevation of your tip is needed and is certainly doable.

The three day interval from the date of your rhinoplasty should be adequate with the precautions you mentioned. I might suggest you not try and drive four hours straight and take several rest stops along the way.

You appear to have a small amount of neck fat as well as a slightly recessed chin. You would gain a maximum improvement from both liposuction and a small implant that would strengthen your profile projection but not change your frontal appearance. There is little risk with either procedure of motor nerve damage.

Actually, the BBL of necessity must precede the TT with liposuction. Otherwise, you will sacrifice your best donor sites for fat thereby giving up your chance for a BBL. I would definitely agree with your decision not to undergo both at once for various reasons including the potential excessive length of the combined operation and the inability to comfortably position yourself in the recovery period.

Do lifted/augmented breasts drop moreso than just augmented breasts after surgery?

Will an abnormally high placed implant spontaneously fall into the correct location?

Pictures would be helpful in answering your question for your specific situation. In their absence, it can be said that the relative recentness of your surgery does allow adequate time for the high implant to descend into the proper position. Ask your surgeon about methods that apply pressure to encourage the implant to descend. If it fails to decend by three months after surgery a surgical revision will likely be necessary.

I had Lipo six weeks ago and I’m still in pain. Is that normal?

I routinely perform traditional canula liposuction and it is not uncommon for patients to still be uncomfortable at 6 weeks and beyond. However, pain is not as severe as in the first few days and generally not spontaneous. In other words, the areas suctioned will not be painful unless the patient jostles them or is accidentally struck in one of these areas.

You appear at the moment to have about an A cup breast size making it difficult for an augmentation to get you to a D or DD without risking an unnatural result. It will likely require a 500-600cc implant. The photos suggest this size will not fit comfortably in your chest. I would suggest you think more to the B to C cup range. You do not need any lift and I would advise against an areola reduction and any effort to make your nipples permanently erect.

Considering breast implants, just wish I could be a cup size bigger than I am now.
