My recommendation to patients is to not have plastic surgery until you are near your goal weight. Continued weight loss will cause additional excess skin along with other shifts in your body. This will result in new problem areas that you will want to address.

The amount of Voluma to be injected depends on the expectations of each individual
In your case, I think it is reasonable to start with 1 syringe per side (1 syringe contains 1 ml), so total of 2 syringes. If you feel you want more, you can always have a subsequent injection

1 syringe should be enough for your lips. Your vermilion (pink part of the lip) and vermilion border, where it meets the white part of the lip, are well defined.
You can always start with one syringe, "wear it" and see how you like it

Yes, this was the right choice. SAFE lipo is a liposuction method, whereas the fat is separated first (S) before it is aspirated (A). After aspiration the method contains fat equilibrium (FE).
The fat that is aspirated is then prepared with a choice of various techniques and then grafted
I use it in all my liposuction cases, and I have been very happy with it
