Forehead lines and wrinkles are caused mainly by the action of the underlying frontalis muscle.  Botox injections in the forehead weakens this muscle and gives a smoother appearance to the forehead but also limits the ability to raise your eyebrows.  With a lower eyebrow the upper eyelids can appear more crowded with excess skin.  As the Botox wears off, you will be able to raise your eyebrows better and get back to your normal appearance.  In the future less Botox in the frontalis...

This is a very common problem and is not an emergency. Until you can see a plastic surgeon in their office, you can care for the torn earlobe with antibiotic ointment until it is healed. The torn or bifid earlobe can easily be repaired under local anesthesia in the office.
Radiesse in cheeks, how long can I expect to enjoy results before needing more?

You have had a nice improvement from the radiesse injections and this is quite typical with proper placement of radiesse in the cheek area. My patients seem to maintain a nice augmentation for a year and sometimes longer. Even though every patient is different, another syringe or two of radiesse in 9 to 12 months should continue to serve you well.

The middle portion of the lower abdominal incision after a tummy tuck can have problems with healing. This tissue has the least robust blood supply and the most tension. Also if the deeper stitches used were vicryl sutures, they can take around two months to dissolve and cause inflammation and openings in some patients. With close follow-up by your plastic surgeon, proper wound care and time, you will probably be very pleased with how these incisions heal.

From the pictures it appears that you are progressing well 13 days after upper blepharoplasty. Your scars will continue to improve with time. Even though your scars will not move up or down, they will fade and flatten. The redness will eventually resolve, although this can take several months. Now that you are healed and sutures removed, you can use makeup to cover the redness until it fades. It is also important to protect the red scars from the sun.

Every plastic surgeon has their specific post-op instructions and I would advise any questions regarding post-op care and activities be directed to your surgeon. In general I allow my BAM patients to ease back to light jogging and exercise at 4 weeks post-op. A good support bra is a must while exercising. Your comfort is also a good guide to activities. Your breasts should eventually feel very natural doing all activities.

18 days after upper blepharoplasty is still quite early in the overall healing process. Swelling and puffiness of the eyebrow/eyelid area is not uncommon at this stage. Time, head elevation,minimizing aerobic activities, and cold compresses may help the swelling resolve more quickly. Your surgeon should address these concerns at your next visit.

Most patients are pleasantly pleased with how quickly and easily they recover from eyelid surgery. All sutures are removed in 4 to 6 days. Bruising and swelling are resolving by one week and essentially gone by two weeks. Many people will go back to work after one week (or two weeks if their job is more strenuous). Fortunately, most patients feel fine after several days to resume fairly normal activities.

Bilateral eyelid surgery means operating on both eyes. Bilateral upper eyelid surgery involves operating on both upper eyelids, bilateral lower eyelid surgery involves operating on both lower eyelids,and bilateral upper and lower eyelid surgery obviously involves operating on both upper and lower eyelids. I allow my patients to sit after having a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). When sitting most of the pressure is on the ischial bones and posterior upper thighs just below the buttocks. The FDA has approved the use of silicone breast implants for patients 22 and older. However, if younger patients have chest wall deformities, rib abnormalities, breast deformities, small breast with thin soft tissue coverage, silicone breast implants may provide the best result.
