All placed bone graft can not be pressed by the Provisional tooth, if pressed it can decrease the expected result

Thank you for your question, for a dental implant to be damaged there are different factors that can occur one of them is periimplantitis which is the loss of bone around the dental implant, depending on the degree can be solved with a bone graft.
Please, if you can send a photograph of a dental x-ray to see what is the factor that has caused your dental implant to be damaged, so I can explain more specifically how to fix it.
