Hello ,Nose surgery is a matter of patience and full results are achieved after 1 year. do not worry. Keep track of your checkups regularly. If there is no change after 1 year, revision may be necessary.

If you are eligible for rhinoplasty surgery, I certainly recommend the closed scarless type of the rhinoplasty. The Tip plastic can be shortened to the tip of the nose at the same time to push down the back of the nose by a small amount can be achieved by a very nice result.

However it can help to make more straight profile and camouflage the hump on your nose. Moreover you said you want to have a smaller nose so nose filler is not a good option for you. I recommend you to have closed rhinoplasty because your tip can be lifted, hump can be removed and your nose can be smaller naturally and suitably for your form of face…
