I suggest that you do nothing for the time being. At age two the mark is not bothering your child. Unless it is getting worse (and I can’t tell what the cause of the atrophic mark is) you are unlikely to help it with whatever you are using.

During a breast reduction a patient also gets a breast lift. The nipples are moved higher on the chest wall as part of the surgery.From your complaints, it sounds as though you would be a good candidate. Although you are 15 years old, your breast size has been stable for three years. I suggest that you have your parents take you to a plastic surgeon who is familiar with this surgery.

It is obvious from the photo that you would benefit greatly from a breast reduction. I suggest that you find a board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon and have him or her explain your options.If you have health insurance, you might be able to have this surgery covered, but you would need a predetermination that the surgery was a benefit for you.Good luck.

You have a great looking figure and are trim. I suggest that you forego the fat injections and proceed with breast implants. I see no advantage to gaining weight to have fat injections. If you are determined to have buttock augmentation, I suggest finding someone who is familiar with, and has placed, buttock implants.

40% of fat injected is resorbed, or goes away with time. From your photos, height and weight, I do not think that you have enough donor fat to make the operation worthwhile.

Many physicians routinely screen patients to determine if they are at higher risk for pulmonary embolism. My patients fill out a questionnaire concerning family history and risk factors and dependent on the results of the it may be necessary to treat the patient with anticoagulants or aspirin. From the photo, it looks as though your surgeon closed the skin incisions with chromic, or catgut stitches. I usually remove any that remain after about 10 days, but I suggest that you ask your surgeon what his or her preference is, and I would not remove them myself.

BOTOX typically lasts 12 weeks. After it wears off the muscles between your eyebrows will become active and contract, causing the wrinkles to reoccur. So I don’t think that 4 applications of BOTOX is a permanent solution.

I agree with Dr. Webster. It may be premature to decide that you are transsexual. I suggest that you confide this thought to your physician, and perhaps to your parents, if they are likely to be supportive. This is a bad place to have a scar. Usual scar revision techniques may leave you worse off than you presently are because the cartilages of the nasal tip are firmly adherent to the overlying skin and therefore scars on the nasal tip, even from a revision, tend to be wider than we would like. Unfortunately, humans heal with scar formation and some scarring will always be present. Nevertheless, the area could be revised, with incorporation of a w or z plasty, which would break up the length of the scar and make it less noticeable. Also, the revision is planned and any adhesions that exist between the skin and underlying muscles could be released, which will also make the scar lie flatter and more in the plane of the skin of the area.
