Still can’t feel tip of nose 2 years after rhinoplasty – advice?
Tip numbness
Mar 16, 2022
Hi! Yes, it is normal, sometimes it takes more than 2 years for swellings to go down from the tip. Depends on your skin type. You can get a check up by your doctor or any ENT specialist to check your nose internally and reveal the reason of poor breathing.
Is it possible to have a revision rhinoplasty (L-type silicone implant)?

Will occasional post-covid dry cough/chest pressure affect surgery/anesthesia?
Rhinoplasty after covid
Feb 18, 2022
Since this disease is pretty new we can not be sure of what compliations may occure or how your body would react against anesthesia. No one actually knows. In our clinic we do not perform a rhinoplasty on patients who had covid and its symptoms earlier than 2 months after they tested negative.
Is it safe to have a rhinoplasty when you have a perforated septum?
Rhinoplasty on a perforated septum

Would removing a silicone implant during revision rhinoplasty and not replacing it cause issues?
silicone implant removal
Jan 7, 2022
Hi. You wont be able to go back to your original nose bridge height because you have already had a rhinoplasty and have an implant now. It can be removed and replaced by your rib cartilage or cadaver one.
Can I get a rhinoplasty without making my philtrum look longer?
philtrum after a rhinoplasty
Jan 7, 2022
When someone has a droopy tip and wants it to be less droopy and tip projected which is done by lifting and supporting a tip, philtrum always looks higher. If a tip is lifted for example 3 mm up then a philtrum will look 3 mm longer.
