Its not as simply as it seems, you might have a risk of infection with the scar is not totally closed and dry. Take into consideration you can not make tons of effort before the 45th day. Sun block is a must.
I had a rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago, is ice still effective for swelling at this stage?

Hi there, at this stage ice wont really play a meaningful roll. Rhinoplasty is one of the slowest procedures to actually show up. It can takes about 8 to 12 months. If its to swollen you should check with out doctor to get an anti-inflammatory prescribed.
