Should I go for a smaller implant to get a better result and avoid double bubble look?

Double bubble deformity occurs for putting a too big implant and/or in the wrong place, passing the infra mammary fold. Ideally, the implant should be repositioned in a higher position, infra mamary fold repaired and if the implant is too big replace for a smaller one.In my hands, surgery is the only option to solve it.
I’m having a lower body lift and breast aug. Should I wait or get the breast aug while I can?

Ask your surgeon, breast augmentation is a quick procedure but body lift may require some time. I believe you should discuss wth your doctor if he feels time is not an issue go for it. Im my hands I couple the two procedures, one long anesthesia is safer than two, It is more cost effective and you will not have to face two post op recuperations.
