You do not appear to have tuberous breasts, but similar to many other women, your breasts sit low on your chest and have lack of what we call “upper pole fullness”. You would benefit from breast augmentation, and using an implant will give you the most fullness to your breasts. In regards to your left breast, you may also require a lift to improve your nipple position with the other side.

This is not an unusual finding. A big part of this is your original anatomy, as some woman have breasts that naturally sit far apart.
