Skin and muscles must have stretched with breast after 800cc breast implants this is why once you remove them a breast reconstruction with a breast lifting is recommended.
Always when we enter a breast explantation surgery not only you as a patient but also us as surgeons enter the OR with a sense of wonder, only after taking our the implant and ist capsule and scar tissue we do not know with what and how much tissues you will end up for the reconstruction. Not true, at least in my hands. The pocket size depends on what the patient wants and the type of implant that will be used. For example smooth implants need smaller pockets than texturized ones and if the patient wants a high cleavage then the pocket has to be smaller than in a patient that wants a more natural look.

There is no magical number, but if you have loose and thin skin just adding an implant cannot give you the shape you want. In ptotic breast just addgin an implant can leave you with bigger breast but still down were you do not want them.

This is a question to ask to your oncologist, but if you had the cancer and have finished all your cancer treatments the surgery can be done, but I also see you have multiple sclerosis, so you do have several conditions that increase your surgery risk.
