You have an ossecartilaginous hump (bridge) which is not too big. Your tip is wide and bulbous. II think a rhinoplasty opration solves both hump and bulbous tip problem. Sure you will have a smaller nose and slightly upturn tip but it must be natural and not be exaggerated.

What can be done to get rid of/fix the bulges I have on my butt near my inner thighs?

Primary goal for
getting a good result for BBL is to have enough fat in your body, especially
tummy and belly area but additionally we can use your thighs, arms. 200 cc fat for each side is not enough to achieve a good
result for BBL. It is better to first a consultate a plastic surgeon and find
the best answer and treatment for you.
