There should be no issue with vitamin A prior to TCA peal. In fact, it may be beneficial although no definitive evidence exists yet

Can you do UltraShape to abdomen after Lipo? How long post op would you have to wait to get it done?

It would be best to wait 4-6 weeks to allow healing to take place from lipo. Ultrashape would be ineffective if there is bruising and swelling otherwise
Alternatively, can do ultrashape to avoid bruising, swelling, scars etc and get the same results
