Yes, both procedures can be done simultaneously. Having stated that, you may be suprised how much the breasts shrink after implant removal, especially if you have a decent amount of natural tissue. A lot depends on the condition of the tissues and your age. That procedure is easy and should be relatively inexpensive with little down time. An added benefit is no more scars. So if you're not sure, try this first, wait 3 months and them decide if...

Part of the answer depends on the appearance you are trying to achieve. There appears to be a slight protrusion of the inner fat pad and the inner bony margin of your eyesocket is visible (tear trough). One approach would be to remove or reposition the fat pad through an inner eyelid incision (transconjunctival approach) and release the attachments causing the tear troughs.
A second possiblity is to camouflage the fat pad and tear trough with some type of...

Fat is a delicate tissue that requires special handling while being removed. It requires a good blood supply to survive. At a plastic surgery meeting last year, a presenter demonstrated fat that had been grafted after being frozen for different lenghts of time. Although some of the fat survived after being frozen for 30 days, the volume and quality was poor and the recommendation is to use the fat immediately after it is removed. Other...

As long as there is no outbreak there should not be a problem. There is also no harm taking a suppressive medication such as Valtrex several days before and a week after just to be on the safe side.

These materials are not FDA approved for this use. Injection of these gels and injecting silicone of any volume, but especially the amount needed to augment buttocks or breasts, can lead to permanent disfigurement. Cysts, calcifications, abscesses, migration of the material are known problems. Inadvertent injection into a blood vessel can cause embolization of the product to areas beyond the injected area. You're lucky...

There shouldn't be any additional risks with augmenting breasts that have been reduced. The greastest concern is making sure that you and your surgeon are on the same wavelength with regard to size and shape. The operation may be a bit more difficulf for the surgeon depending on the degree of scarring wihin the breast. Six months seems to be a reasonable minimal time between operations. It gives the tissues and incisions a chance to soften...

Review of the photo indicates that you had a breast lift in addtion to the augmetation. The hard ring is caused by a permanent suture that is placed in the skin around the areola and then tightened around the areola to minimize the chance of the areola becoming too large and to prevent the scar from widening. Probably the suture on the right loosened or broke and the areola widened. Because the areola on the right is stretched more than the left, the muscle...

I'll try to answer with the information available. Are you sure it's bone and not just a fold in the scalp? Did you have any injuries or operation in this area that caused the scalp to stick to the bone? If it is just a fold in the scalp that is stuck to the bone, then the fold can be detached from the bone. If it is bone, this needs to be confirmed with an X-ray to determine the thickness of the bone. If it is bone and it is thick enough, the...

Liposuction can be used to treat contour problems in overweight individual. But, it is not your best option. You are 20 years old and gained 50 pounds per year. Putting the "why" aside, you have your youth and rapid weight gain on your side to lose the weight. Without even going to the extremes of diet and exercise, you should be able to lose 50 to 75 pounds before the wedding. While not getting you to your ideal weight, that...

Bottoming out is caused by lowering the lower fold of the breast excessively combined with too large and, therefore, too heavy an implant.
The double bubble is usually associated with augmentation in breasts that have a developmental abnormality. The bottom fold is too high or the breast is constricted and tuberous. These problems need to be corrected at the time of the augmentation. Again, the breast implant size needs to be appropriate to your...
