Thank you for your question and for your photos. Your lips appear to be unbalanced, with the upper lip significantly larger and projecting more anteriorly. I would recommend having the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase, waiting 2 weeks and getting injected by someone who can help you achieve your goals.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of a lash serum that provides long lashes permanently. There is continuous turnover of the lashes, much like the cells of the skin and the hair found elsewhere on the body. Thus, it is difficult to have a treatment that is only applied once or for a given amount of time, which will work indefinitely. In the meantime, Latisse works very well and is FDA approved to make eyelashes grow longer.

Thank you for your question. Without a photo, it is difficult to appreciate what your exact concern is. Do you mean that your upper lip pulls more, revealing more teeth on one side when smiling? If so, you may have overactive levator muscles (elevate the upper lip), and this may be softened with botox. If the actual shape of the lip is asymmetric, this can be minimized with filler to the lip.

Thank you for your question. Without a photo it is not possible to fully understand the changes you are seeking. Typically, it is not possible to change the shape of the eye dramatically non-surgically. Botox, however, can be used to subtly change the eye shape in that it is able to slightly lift the brow or make the eyes appear more open. The effect depends on the amount and location the botox is injected.
