I think your main situation is the volume loss in your face. i would definitely recommend fat grafting to your face as you have multiple areas on your face which translates to a very similar or even higher budget in case of fillers. of course the downtime of fat grafting is longer for fat grafting. onther option could be a midfacelift, but in order to recommend this procedure one may ideally see you in person.

İ think you are good candidate for classic Rhinoplasty surgery. Your nose is only slightly off center, you have a little bit of a hump and yes the tip of your nose could be more elevated. There is no specific technique needed to correct the above. There are a number of well trusted, tested techniques used by surgeons to achieve good results with rhinoplasty.
