Dear friend, even though the maximum lasting period is no more than 3 years ,in my practice I have been using Ellanse since 2011 and I have noticed that it actually stays as a biostimulator increasing for more than 6 to 8 years .
Would I be a candidate for a treatment for my weak chin at 22 years old?

You would be a good candidate for both a filler and an implant.
If you wish something permanent you should go for an implant , since the filler lasts up to 2 years after which you need to repeat it.

Unfortunately there is no surgery for muscle reduction.
It looks like you have hypertrophic muscle that can only be reduced with the use of Botox.
If you want to proceed with bone reduction surgery you should get in contact with maxillofacial surgeon.

The scars depicted in the photos look like acne scars.
To remove these type of scars we suggest Fractional RF or Fractional laser in conjuction with platelet plasma inreached microneedling therapy.

My advice is to begin with liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen , then continue with the back and love handles.
All of this can be done in one procedure .
If the liposuction of the love handles , the outer part of the abdomen and gluteral area is done cautiously it will boost and project your buttocks without the need of fat transfer .
Most of the times I advice my patients to avoid fat removal in large volumes ,no more than 3.5L.
