Princess Volume with Lidocaine is the best option for lips. This product has recently replaced Princess Volume (without Lidocaine), but both are satisfactory. The product without Lidocaine requires you to add it yourself. In my experience Princess filler provides nice, natural looking results.

It depends on how long ago you had your treatment done. Extreme temperature changes (sauna or steam room) are not recommended for 2 weeks as this may cause excess swelling. Your postoperative instructions should give you the appropriate time frames for activities.
