Your face looking like a sunburn is normal post microneedling. It's hard to say about the brown spots without a photo to compare before and after. If you had some brown spots prior to your treatment, they could still be present post treatment or if you didn't protect your skin from the sun post treatment its possible to have gotten some hyperpigmentation spots. It's best you get checked with a licensed professional for further assessment.

Hi, sorry to hear about your situation. I see from your picture that you have silicone implants. I would need to hear more about the timeline but my most immediate concern is fluid collection and potential for something called ALCL. There is a potential for bottoming out of the implant despite what seems like a relatively equal superior implant positioning but either way you need to be seen by a Surgeon, best of luck!

Belotero is a very fine filler meant to be injected superficially. The raised areas that you see are very common and expected post treatment and are not meant to be massaged. Depending on any extended work with your breast pocket or pockets, sometimes this can affect healing in one or both breasts.
