You must consult with your doctor. I do keep my augmentation lift patients in bras. Without exceptions. But that is because of how I do the operation. Some surgeons use gravity to help the implants settle into position. Since you have concerns you must talk with your surgeon. He or she may change their recommendation given your result. I think you are still within the window of opportunity for a bra to make a difference.
