There are some excellent resources provided by the brand Environ. Environ products pre needling sessions, and directly after your procedure, provide excellent support for the skin. Not to mention there are many brands where there is no proof for their efficacy, and can potentially harm cellular structure when used post needling sessions.

We have great success with a multiple treatment approach with acne scars. We use topical products (Environ & Universkin) to improve skin quality and pigment. We will then start medical needling, and with other cases we will use this in combination with PRP. I hope you find this information helpful.

I have been having excellent results with using a Juvederm product called Volite. Botox in this area can be a great place to start, but with the use of Volite the reduction of lines is very impressive.

This can be a typical response to a medical needling session. I discuss with my patients that they may have complete redness to the skin which looks like a sun burn for the first 24 hours. After this, the skin should calm down significantly.

Microneedling will certainly help for pitted scars. It will also improve the type of skin texture that is appearing on your chin. I would suggest a series of 6 sessions that are placed 1 week apart.
