Your hump is too little, your bose need o good projection and also rotation as well as alar base plasty. This should be done with good structural rhinoplasty.

Hello, you have a good result, these minor problems are acceptable, I recommend nothing. If this problem really bothers you, little rasping of dorsum and diced cartilage should be used for correction. This will be only one step solution. This small amount of cartilage can be found inside of your nose or harvesting auricular cartilage can be usefull.

Hi, 1. Your revision should be under general anesthesia because of your multiple complaints and your nose may need harvesting graft from rib or ear.2. 10 months is enough for revision surgery.

Projection of your tip is insufficient (short) and the definition of your tip is wrong. You have a little hanging columella. The dorsal hump is also a little irregular. Dorsal hump rasping, supporting and definition of the tip and correcting asymmetry of your nostrils should be performed. The surgeon may need a rib cartilage for revision surgery. Best regards

The main problem is the septum and columella. Rib cartilage will be useful for reshaping columella and alar rims.
