You have a square chin (it’s a masculine chin). To make it thinner, elongated and feminine you need fillers (dense ones, like Voluma or Radiesse). Botox (responsible for muscle paralysis) is useless in this case.
Do you recommend lymphatic massage for your tummy tuck patients?

I always recommend lymphatic drainage! It reduces edema, pain and recovery time. As I usually do not use drain in tummy tuck I recommend starting with 2 days postoperative.
