I hope that you are healing well. 11 days is far too early to tell whether a free nipple graft has failed. I recommend continuing your dressings as specified by your surgeon (I typically would have you apply triple antibiotic ointment and Xeroform/Vaseline gauze) and be certain to treat your nipples gently and avoid any rubbing or shearing. I agree with my colleague that you have a nice result, I definitely see an increase in your breast size from pre-op to post-op. The first thing that I noticed from your post was that you went from a 32B to a 34C. When you purchase a bra the number is the size of your chest right underneath the breast (plastic surgeons call it the inframammary fold [IMF]) and the letter is the actual cup size. Yes, you are absolutely a candidate for top surgery. Having bilateral mastectomies using either the Keyhole or DIFNG technique will decrease your average lifetime risk of developing a new breast cancer in the opposite breast which otherwise would range from 4 to 8%.
