Thank you for your question. Based on the photos you provided, it appears as though you have a significant amount of skin laxity in your lower abdomen. Liposuction could thin this area, but lipo alone will not address the excess skin. Given you already have the scar from your first abdominoplasty, it may make sense to excise the excess skin and get back the flat abdomen you had before.

Thank you for your question. Radiation usually begins 4-6 weeks after surgery if all goes well with your healing. If there are any issues with healing then radiation may be delayed until your surgeon is comfortable that your incisions are healed well enough to begin radiation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photos it looks like a traditional tummy tuck will allow for removal of all of the excess skin and fat below your belly button. And extended tummy tuck includes and longer incision and skin excision that wraps around to the sides and approaches the back to remove excess tissue in the "love handle" region. Using a cell saver for a mommy makeover or any cosmetic procedure is not standard. Blood loss from these procedures should not be that significant. I would consider working on raising your blood counts. a simply blood draw and lab test could help to identify why your hemoglobin is low (iron deficiency is a common cause) and a treatment plan can be put into place to improve your blood counts prior to surgery.
