You appear to have some bulging from a diastasis recti and that repairing this would make a dramatic difference to you. This would require a full tummy tuck but you don’t need to have a vertical scar. The alternative is to have a floating belly button technique (detaches your BB from abdominal wall muscles so muscle can be repaired. The excess skin is then pulled down and trimmed. It means your belly button would be slightly lowered but yours is quite high to start with so would not be an issue

You should definitely try a less invasive procedure if it’s just a localised area of your neck that you are concerned about. Lots of rubbish treatments out there but Facetite is very effective at tightening lax skin

You really have excellent skin quality for 50 years of age. I think a facelift would be the best option to be honest. I don’t find threadlifts that effective. The facelift would significantly improve your neck and accentuate your jawline as well as lift the jowls. Botox can be useful for jaw clenching as it treates the masseter but does take several treatments to notice improvement. This is a great question. Basically a lift and a reduction are the same thing except the reduction takes away skin and breast tissue and the lift takes away just skin. Your breasts should be in the same position after both procedures. If you are symptomatic with your heavy breasts, a reduction is the best solution for you.

Firstly, congratulations on your weight loss. 120+ lbs is no mean feat.But you are far too young to have a face lift. You actually do not have much skin laxity and your neck skin is tight and you have a good profile. I would question any medical professional who would offer you a facelift for you until you are a minimum of 45. Judging by your photos you definitely don’t have a tuberous breast deformity. It does seem that you have some asymmetry and some sagging of your breast tissue. This is a very common question asked and can sometimes be hard to answer. If you can, I would definitely wait until after you have finished your family before considering an augmentation. Pregnancy can be produce unpredictable results to your breasts and very often each pregnancy can have different effects on the breast.
