Kybella usually takes a series of treatments to maximize you results. Make sure you follow up with your doctor at 3-4 weeks post injection. Swelling and mild asymmetry is normal and often expected during the treatment period as the fat is resorbed. Gentle massage post treatment may help your body clear the inflammation. Good luck!

I recommend contacting your surgeon. It is a simple question we get all the time. In my practice, as long as your taking it easy, a couple hours out of a bra usually is harmless, but check with your doctor to be sure! Enjoy your trip!

Thank you for your question regarding the painful area over your nasal bone. You likely suffered a contusion to the soft tissue overlying the nasal bones, which can cause swelling and pain. If you have already been evaluated for a possible fracture, your bump should resolve in time with ice and elevation. Be sure to follow up with your doctor if the area persists over the next couple of weeks.
