Hi, Your nose looks too long, and nasal tip is bulbous in the frontal view.
I recommand shorter, smaller, and slightly curved lateral line for facial balance.
You need columellar shortening, tip projection, and tip reduction surgery.

You have tip drooping, asymmetric nostrils, and bulbous nasal tip. If tip drooping was recurred after 1st rhinoplasty, maybe nasal tip support was weak. I recommand revision rhinoplasty with stronger tip support for tip projection. you can improved bulbous tip and asymmetric nostrils together. but if you have original facial asymmetry, nostril cannot be completely same.

Of course, we have to compare bofore and after results, but now your nose looks crooked and right side looks bumpy.
sometimes this like bony irregularity happens after osteotomy.
If you want more straight and flat bridge, you need minor revision surgery, it will be simple correction.
it’s just 3 minths after surgery.
you can discuss with your surgeon about this problem.
If you decide revision surgery, you can have in additional 3 months.

Just 3 weeks after rhinoplasty is very early period.
Nasal tissue is still swollen, and there is scar tissure around nasal bone and cartilages.
You need to wait more until at least 3 months.
In most of cases, the bridge will be straight.
If not, you need simple revision with rasping.

Hi,
Your nasal tip can be smaller and more refined through tip surgery.
But how much refined is upto skin thickness.
Your tip cartilages look bulbous and big, the cartilages will be sutured, some parts of them can be resected to make smaller.
You need tip projection with septal cartilag or ear cartilage for better result.
You can have nasal bone osteotomy and alar reduction with tip surgery together if you want entirely narrow nose.

cartilage in the nasal tip looks obvious becaue of thin skin. maybe originally thin or became thinner after surgery.
If you want more natural and round nasal tip shape, you need revision surgery with dermofat graft.
After taking dermofat from posterior ear, it can be insertied between tip skin and cartilage.
Tip cartilage maybe need carving for smoothness.
You can have more natural nasal tip keeping side line.
